Panna cotta and raspberry tart

Decorate the delicious tart with fresh fruit and basil leaves that will blend perfectly with panna cotta and raspberries.


Put room temperature butter in a bowl, add powdered sugar and mix with electric mixer to make it foamy. Add the egg, egg yolk and mix well. Add the baking powder to the flour, a pinch of salt, ground almonds, stir and add the butter mixture. Knead the smooth paste by adding milk if necessary. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Roll the dough out thinly on a baking sheet of rectangular baking paper and transfer it to an oblong pie mold. 33 x 9 cm. Press the edges of the dough and remove the excess dough.

Fill the dough with a fork in several places and cover it with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. Remove the paper and briefly return to the oven to get a nice yellow color. Allow the baked dough to cool before preparing the cream.

For the stuffing, pour cold milk and sweet cream into the pan and add the contents of the dessert mix to make Dolcela Panna cotta & raspberry dressing. Mix with an electric mixer at medium speed for exactly 1 minute to obtain the right dessert. Pour the prepared cream onto the prepared dough paste and refrigerate. 1.5 min and then pour over the dessert. Leave the Panna cotta tart in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.


Garnish with fresh fruit and serve. You can also decorate this delicious tart with basil leaves that pair well with panna cotta and raspberries.
